Just tried it. Awesome work. And SMDH is finally included! :D Now the only confusing thing in the archive is the Themes folder. BTW, it didn't throw an error at me when I tried to install over another custom theme applied. The theme didn't get installed though.

CHMM won't show up on my list of homebrew programs. Anyone know why? I downloaded the new file from the site in the beginning of this thread and put the file into the 3ds file, but when I go into Homebrew, it isn't there.

And this is the list of the files...the ones listed a page back aren't even there.

CHMM.sdmh
CHMM.cia
CHMM.3DS
CHMM.3DSX

It goes like sd:/3ds/CHMM/CHMM.3dsx and sd:/3ds/CHMM/CHMM.smdh, right? That's the only possible explanation right now. If you're using ninjhax/tubehax/ironhax, you don't need the .3DS or .cia files.

Oh, OK. Yeah, I'm using Ironhax. BTW, the files for the themes, can they be each in their own file within the Themes file?

edit: now it shows up, gonna have to try again, it hung on a red and black screens.

I replaced the boot file with the other one but it still just gives a red screen. What's the problem??????

Themes go like this:
  • sd:/Themes/Theme name/body_LZ.bin
  • sd:/Themes/Theme name/preview.png
  • sd:/Themes/Theme name/info.lua (if exists)
  • sd:/Themes/Theme name/bgm.bcstm (if exists)

The last two don't exist. So don't have them each in a separate file? I also moved the theme file into the program and still nothing! Why the red screen???
info.lua was just introduced and so many themes don't have it yet. bgm.bcstm also doesn't always exist. It's fine if those two are missing. All of them go into their each individual folders inside the Themes folder, like I described above.

Now it flashes the red screen and goes back to the Homebrew launcher. Now what???? I'll try moving the themes into the folder. I may have a problem if it's the launcher at the SD root, when I changed it last night, it wouldn't even boot homebrew. I may have to use the other theme too :( Edit: Yeah, it just hangs on a red screen with the updated launcher. Can I fix it??????

even when I have installed a custom theme? No,the visual actually changed except the bgm.
If you only want to change the background picture,no need to set to basic under 1.5.1
No, you always need to set it to basic/no theme before applying a custom one, especially if the theme you're trying to use doesn't have a bgm.bcstm file. If you keep it on one from the Theme Shop or another custom one, it might fail.

I needn‘t set back to basic theme at early stage of the homebrew。the problem just happens after Ninjhax 2.0.
In a word,It is JUST A BUG。 UNDER CIA VERSION ,I CAN CHANGE FREELY

I'm not sure what point you're trying to get at.
