Sooo, its just one visitor per MAC address/connection at a time?

Great thing that I have ethernet outlets all over my house connected to a gigabit switch and 2 spare routers with dd-wrt

Weird, all MAC addresses just stopped working for me, with the exception of my smartphone - and the smartphone's MAC also does not work from Linux. Just slept a night, so it can't be the 8-hour limit. Weird... did Nintendo manage to block it already?

I got a hit @7:30 from .46 (i left the 3ds on all night and its indeed 8hrs) Btw check your pm

I edited the first post. Hope that works out, but I would still want people to come here to post MAC addresses and discuss the topic too.

Getting a new Nintendo error code each time I try to access the Nintendo Zone viewer. Pretty sure I just seeded this MAC 42:53:50:4F:4F:48 Also 1 page ago I had listed off 3 similar mac's that I got hits on. Oh and using attwifi for ssid, I was trying to use the WPA2 Bestbuy one and I couldn't actually connect to NZone at all.

btw guys just found out foxfi is changing the mac too.
I changed my mac from the terminal emulator by hand, did a busybox iplink show wlan0 and it was indeed the 40:53:50:4f:4f:46.
turned on foxfi so my 3ds will connect to it and there was nothing (as always) after 10 mins. but this time I did an ifconfig show again. and lo and behold, it has changed to a totally random mac. no wonder i was not getting streetpasses...
know any other tethering app besides foxfi that does take such ... liberties ?

When I do this exploit with someone I get their MAC address and get a streetpass from them. However only I am receiving the streetpassing and I'm wondering why it isnt working for them?

Also should my 3DS be open or closed for this and on the main menu?

I've tried with the website crediar set up for people who can't spoof the MAC address: http://crediar.no-ip.com/sp.php but didn't receive any SP.

the SP you received may or may not receive your SP back, depending if that person is still within that NZ area.

open or closed, it doesn't matter. I get SPs for both within 2 mins of spoofing a MAC.
