Hacking Trying to upgrade DSTWO on my Lite for use on my 3DS XL...

And it's not working. I don't get the option to upgrade, but it seems to delete the .dat files all the same. I've tried renaming it to ds2 instead of dstwo and it just deletes it without upgrading. Nothing works when I put it in the 3DS itself.

What am I doing wrong?

First Backup your SD card in to your PC and reformat your card using

https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/eula_windows/SDFormatter4exe.zip

Then make sure you have the newest EOS installed.

http://down.supercard.cn/download/dstwo/DSTWO_v1.11_2012_1224_eng.zip

Then once that is up and running on the DSLite, then try the update.

What worked for me was to try the system1.dat trick from the guide. I didn't get the "Update error, enter than wait 3 minutes" so maybe the guide should be updated to say to try it anyway?
