Origins doesn't work fine for everyone, and therein lies the problem. You think that because you aren't having any issues with the service, that no one does?

Origin downloads faster than steam, and that's a fact.
The problem here being that download speed isn't the debated issue.
You can download all your games instantly for all I care, but when people have problems with GFWL crashing their games or even stopping them from playing the games at all, that's when people start to have problems.
Hell, this complaint was recently discussed in the Dark Souls thread and you just wrote it off as the person being at fault.
