So, I was browsing around Facebook, when my friend posted a link to this donation organization that's having a 24 hour, global, anyone-included event on October 15th to raise money for Children's Miracle Network hospitals. 100% of the donations for every team go to Children's Miracle Network hospitals, which is pretty awesome.
I've decided to create a team for GBAtemp, and it would be even more awesome if other people would join and participate in the event.
So far, here are a list of people who have joined the team, along with a list of games they're going to be playing:
What I was thinking of doing, is having each participant choose a list of games (If possible, no duplicates between participants, so we can have a lot of variety), and then setting up a livestream with the game being shown there. You can play PC games, retro games on an emulator, or even games on consoles using a capture card, but you must have some way of recording/streaming your games.
I'm going to submit this to USN soon, and see if it'll make frontpage news. I'm also going to try to talk to Costello about possibly sponsoring it (Not exactly donating, but maybe making it "official" or something).
