yeah it's very similar, the difference is Wiikey state they can upscale the video through the device, so this needs to be proved!

On another note, why the hell are those devices so expensive! I wouldn't dare.

i bougt mine mainly so i can have all my inputs on 1 hdmi output and can just switch between them on my receiver no need to switch inputs.
I see, that makes sense, although the price is ridiculously high for such a rubbish device that simply converts analogue to digital without upscaling. Such device should be no more than £15.
[EDIT] On another note, why do you have a GTX580? are you a PC gamer? or constantly encode numerous files, or simply like to have the latest and greatest most powerful graphics card? ...... In todays gaming development, a single GTX295 superclocked is the best card to run. Todays games are built for a WIDE range of graphics cards and CPU's, therefore they don't utilize the power of such hardware like a GTX480, Core i7 extreme etc. Anyone who runs something like a GTX580 in sli or 3 way are simply stupid.

Gambia, The
showing the difference would be hard considering that

a) most ppl use the upscaler in their displays
b) most displays dont have an output

besides ... the point is not to get a 1080p signal
but to get a HDMI or DVI signal

I've got an HDTV but it's got no component cable slots, do you think this is the best option for me?

+works with all Wii's - all regions, PAL and NTSC
+no external PSU needed
- expensive

Got in our sample copies of HDMIkey yesterday!
Will be giving them a good work out tomorrow.
