Have just got a retail of this with the RVL-R8PP-0A-1 JPN code on the disk and ive not had any problems, Ive even tried a few times to make the game freeze and it wont do it!! So yeah, Appears this is the fixed version

Has ANYONE got a reply from Nintendo when they first announced a service to replace the discs?

I sent an email and I got no reply at all.

Never tried emailing them, Wouldnt bother phoning them either as they never answer

Their UK office must only employ 3 people, One being the tea boy and the other a cleaner!!

Do you guys think this is the 1.1v? I'm considering buying Super Paper Mario now that I know theres a 1.1v with the freeze glitch fixed.

^ The thing is that some users posted above something about the games code which can be seen over the codebar but since this is a italian version I have no idea if it would be the same. And even though its been out for 1.5 years ago you can never know for how long they've had a game on ebay... =\
