Stick to FAT32 and you have pretty much universal support in all apps.

If you use NTFS you are limited in support. Even NTFS is better than using WBFS partition though.

I dont use many apps but all of the ones I've tried work perfectly with NTFS

As cobleman says above, the most obvious (and useful, to me) program that doesn't work with a NTFS drive is S/UNEEK.

A FAT32 drive can be used on any computer running almost every OS and be safely R/W. It can be plugged into any console (PS2, PS3, Wii, X360) and be both R/W.

A NTFS drive is much more limited and is nowhere near as universal. NTFS has it's place, but in this type of situation a FAT32 partition makes the most sense.

Oh. Well, I'm one of the few that bought the Trillogy, and the rest of the games don't interest me much.

What happens in the future if a game that does interest you comes out, and needs S/UNEEK to be playable? It makes no sense at all to limit yourself to NTFS when in this situation FAT32 can do everything it does, plus more.

Should I make a partition then?

EDIT: I don't have a WEP connection for my Wii, I use the Wi-Fi USB Connector, and from what I tried I can't connect using it to download covers. Can I manually add them now that I can access my hard drive?

Damn, I formatted my hard drive to NTFS, put all my games back on, USB Loader GX doesn't work, WiiFlow is giving me a 'Disc_SetUSB Failed' message, and USB Loader Config. doesn't run SD Gundam, which is now causing my younger bro to rage at me. It used to run with GX, but now GX isn't reading my hard drive. Help?
