No Savedata issues for me. None for other people who used it at other forums. If a new patch comes out have a back up of your untouched copy of the game before using UMDGEN.

I had 5.00 m33-6 Prom, had problems so i downgraded back just to regular 5.00 m33-6 , and also patched the game my saved data still works

Alright then. Guess I'll have to rip my friend's copy when I get back.

I haven't used my PSP since DJMP3 came out (running 5.50 GEN-D Prom-3 or 2, I dunno).

Since I haven't truly read about MHP3 (wasn't bothering until a confirmed release or until this happened), any idea what is transferred from MHP2G?

Well it wouldnt let me transfer my old data it was weird.

Items are different, from what some friends told me, it only transfers guild card.

As for old data, it has to be MHP2G and not MHFU. (Though converting is an easy process)

It's a new game entirely, with the 3rd Gen areas. It has a few 1st Gen and 2nd Gen monsters, but not many.

The save game import gives you some guild card titles and some cat stuff, I think.

Alright, thanks. Wasn't too sure about what is transferred. Might as well just make a brand new character and start from scratch.

the first post has instructions how to patch it in. Make sure to always have a backup of the game before doing anything.

Ok its updated at the first Page, I just removed all the extra things for it to be centered.

after patching using the files from those megaupload files. mine got stuck on the first loading screen.

You need a untouched file, you might have to re-download the game if you don't have a back up.

Did you try the Auto Pacther i put up?

There are 3 ways to install the patch try the second one, its 100 % to work.

Awesome i may have to try this game now, although I would have anyway. Hope the translator can at least get all the items translated that will really help in plying the game. glad to see there sill is people dedicated to translating certain psp games.

you're right... i never knew that the earlier iso i used was patched. then i downloaded the clean one from a trusted site. though it takes some time to finish my download but it's worth it. and now i'm playing it. thank you then. hope you continue updating this. keep up!

oh! and by the way... I found this Translation patch version 0.29C with more things translated.

Are the quests and menus currently translated, or is that to come? The auto-patched for 0.29c doesn't have the menus translated, nor any of the quests.

That's fine, of course. Just checking to make sure I don't have an outdated patch. I used the auto-patcher.

Version .29c doesn't have all the menus translated. The quests are slightly translated (Objectives and where) for the most part. The description and tips might not be translated.
