That was not the reason.

VENOM released NFOs for non-existing ROMs in the past as a placeholder and it seems they did it again with this release.

Sorry, but if I'd relase an NFO for Kid Icarus Uprising, that doesn't mean that it would get featured on the front page of GBATemp, would it?

^ yeah its really annoying if that's what they ended up doing, as it leads to other groups not working on getting it out.
