Just manage to package and upload the switch2uneek wiibrew application in the gadget4sneek googlecode page. This application allows you to switch between real and UNEEK NAND as well as to choose from several UNEEK NAND in your USB drive (in case you want to play with more than one NAND).
Let me know if you find any bugs or issues (and make back-up first of your UNEEK NAND in case somehow the USB drive becomes corrupted).
For anyone who has not seen the video (of version 0.1beta, some small changes made in the 0.2beta)
Say someone has the bootmii folder and have made it so that the Wii auto boots to HBC. Can they use this rev to switch to SNEEK, then when switching back to real nand have the bootmii folder put back so the Wii goes back to auto booting the HBC ?
Also.... a bit vague, but a long time ago I had a look at Switch2Sneek and their was a warning about not pushin some button (B maybe ?) or it could corrupt the REAL nand.... can you explain this ? (I looked at the source back then and iirc it only renamed and moved files on the SD card)

switch2sneek does not change bootmii.ini file, what it does is swapping between armboot.bin file created from installing bootmii and the one created from compiling sneek, so I would think when you ask switch2sneek to return to real NAND, you will end up with whatever set-up of bootmii that you have. Basically, at that time switch2sneek copies bootmii/armboot.bin to bootmii/armbootsneek.bin and moves bootmii/armbootmii.bin to bootmii/armboot.bin. Similarly, when you ask switch2sneek to use the SNEEK NAND, it copies bootmii/armboot.bin to armbootmii.bin and moves bootmii/armbootsneek.bin to bootmii/armboot.bin. FYI, the approach that I currently use for switch2Uneek is different (it actually cannot return to bootmii set-up, i.e. like running Wii without bootmii folder when returning to real NAND from UNEEK NAND).
And since switch2sneek needs to change the content of the bootmii folder in SD card (like described above), it needs to use higher level access for reading and writing to NAND (when running SNEEK NAND, the SD card becomes the storage of NAND).
Pushing button [A] will not be a problem since it only uses standard level access (i.e. cannot read/write to NAND). But pushing button will trigger the higher level access (since we need to change bootmii folder in SD card that now behaves like NAND, even though it is SNEEK NAND), and if you try to run it while you are in real NAND, it may create problems (even though the chance could be minimal since in the real NAND there is no bootmii folder). Nevertheless, I could not guarantee anything, and the best way is to have a back-up NAND in case some problems happen.
got nusd nand 4.2e complied sneek tryed to boot now get stupid flashies.as i said in my other post not the 4 flash the other flashies it does this on all nands.deleted broke nands got new ones even one off my wii oh well wish it didnt my sneek file didnt get deleted and now just found out my sd card with sneek on first time round when compiled is LOST AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Sorry, I haven't been around for a while, I've been going back to school. I'm going back to take some college courses and it's been rough the past 2 weeks. Not really a whole lot has changed but I do need to add some stuff from the r121 of SNEEK, I just don't have a lot of time for myself or anything else right now as far as that goes. I apologize to some of the people I have left hanging. You know who you are. As soon as school slows down I'm going to try to catch the first post up, to date. It's still somewhat up to date but there is a few things I could add. I try to log in at least once a day to keep myself informed so it won't be to hard to play catch up.
My apologies to "The Crew"
I'll try to get back in full swing as soon as possible.
ChokeD
EDIT: I also went on vacation, but I'm back in school now.
is it a sneek problem or my nand problem that i am now scince i've updated my SNEEK and my NAND (lol this is why i dont know where the problems comes from) can't play games normally anymore, they are verry laggy now. (mario kart only when racing though) what i did to my nand is dump my original wii nand and replaced it with the custom build nand because i wanted my save games back. i've also updated the ios's that NUSAD(or whatever its new name is) downloads when u generate a SNEEK nand with it. help would be appreciated.

The more that your nand consists of (ios, wads, channels, savegames, extras) the slower SNEEK will run. However, in-game performance should not be effected, I wouldn't think. Check to make sure you have latest needed ios for the game and you may want to update it if a new revision is out for the required ios.
-dump mode can dump your discs in RAW format to HDD
-settings are now accessed via the PLUS(X) button
-dump mode is accessed via the MINUS(Y) button
Important notes on the dumping mode:
The dumping mode is still experimental!
The disc you want to dump must be in the Wii from start up!
It does NOT support changing the disc while running and dump another disc. You
have to restart the Wii for now.
As SNEEK is using FAT32 the files are splitting into 4GB chunks, every OS has a
copy command which is able to join files.
(Just assure you join the files on an HDD which supports large files)
During the dumping burn-in protection doesn't work!
During the dumping the SNEEK menu is not displayed please just wait until it
shows "Dumped: ....".
Approximate dumping times depending on your HDD speed!!
GC : 5mins
Wii-SL: 16mins
Wii-DL: 29mins

I've used the r121 gui installer so thats updated. and i've deleted everything in showmenand and replaced it with the updated versions from the NUSAD downloader. so thats 'cleaner' then ever, i do have all my savegames back now. its about 50 of them, and i guesse 20 Mii's no custom channels or vc/wiiware except for homebrew channel. also my wii message board was corrupted after this reinstall so that can't be a problem anymore either? don't know how much junk can be on my nand now. is there a way to delete it? oh ye also i've only kept the Mii's database from the Shared2 folder, all the other there is fresh installed by Wii.
Alright, so I'm having an issue with UNEEK + DI, I've redone everything twice, even tried a clean, barebones NAND using NUSD but so far no luck. Basically I originally couldn't get the SNEEK menu to show up at all. Then I was told this is because I didn't have font.bin. So I installed font.bin from this thread, and now it just freezes at a black screen when I boot. It does generate a couple of empty files (don't have my USB drive in front of me atm but it's something like diconf). I've tried waiting 10-15 minutes at the black screen and it doesn't do anything... If I remove font.bin it boots just fine and I'm in the system menu and everything works, I just can't access the SNEEK Menu... which means I can't play any disc games... Any thoughts?
Sorry, I haven't been around for a while, I've been going back to school. I'm going back to take some college courses and it's been rough the past 2 weeks.
you need to have atleast one game on the drive or it wont work, seems almost everyone has had that problem i know i did.
I have 4 games on it... so unless my file structure is totally wrong, that's not it. My games are extracted using DiscEX and the paths are like this (from the OP):
CODEusb:/games/SSBB12/files/ (a lot of files....)
usb:/games/SSBB12/sys/main.dol
usb:/games/SSBB12/sys/apploader.img
usb:/games/SSBB12/sys/fst.bin
usb:/games/SSBB12/sys/boot.bin
usb:/games/SSBB12/sys/bi2.bin
usb:/games/SSBB12/ticket.bin
usb:/games/SSBB12/cert.bin
usb:/games/SSBB12/tmd.bin
Yeah, and like I said, without font.bin everything else works fine, so it's not like I can't even get UNEEK to boot... I can get into the SM and play VC and everything, just no SNEEK menu, then I add the font.bin and bam, blackscreen
I could be wrong, but I think he removed the actual script for the cheat. I believe I read it somewhere on the google.code "changes" to source code. I think that in the SMenu.c is just the placement of the cheat menu when it was implemented. Sorry I don't know more. SanGor should know if it is or not, you may try messaging him.

Anybody here have a Xbox series S and a series X, is the performance difference noticeable? Not worried about 4k. I have a series X but not a series S and was curious. (Reason- I was thinking of buying a series S for a second tv, for when grandkids come over, to keep them off my X)
