Hacking G6DS Real and Spirit Tracks problem

I have a G6DS Real which I just updated to 4.7x. With a clean copy of Spirit Tracks, all I get is two black screens, even if I use the hacked save file. Soft Reset and cheats are disabled. It works fine with the Xenophobia patch, but I really hate the splash screen. Am I missing anything, or is this a problem everyone is having?

Go buy the game if you cant stand a 1 second splash screen. Whats wrong with it ?

I have bought the game. My annoyance with the splash screen is none of your concern.
