Ok, the release is from a "private" website, but it's still illegal... but what's the difference, why this file is so freaking secret? Once the file is uploaded, there's no way to stop people from download it, welcome to the interwebs

We're not stopping people from downloading it, we're stopping people from posting links here to avoid any possible implications.
That's just the way things are.
By all means, go ahead and yar har it, just find it on your own.
