Hell no. Nintendo screwed us over after making the sleek, portable, godsend that was the Advance SP, followed by the even more beautiful GameBoy Micro, and then ditched the gameboy altogether for a big, clunky device, 4x the size that still just plays mediocre 2D games (aside from a few gems, which of course, are 1st party). If it hadn't been for the free games, I wouldn't have one of these, when I could keep playing my tiny, barely noticeable Gameboy Micro, and its library of hundreds of fantastic games, on my EFA Linke. And coincidentally, I DO play my GBA more than my DS anyways. They're lucky that I've at least bought a DS in the first place.
ALSO: I had bought a DS phat and lite before my Crimson/Black lite, making this my 3rd DS, and before I bought this one, I purchased all of my games.
ALSO 2: I did the same things with my Wii and GBA, sold them and my games eventually, and re-bought them when I found I could get free games.
