also have you got homebrew channel, makes life easier

install an app called starfall, get the APPS wad manager, geckOS, search on wiibrew website.
oh and READ the INSTRUCTIONS, unlike some!!!!!11

i dont have the homebrew channel, well the guy im selling to isn't a pro so i dont want to confuse him with homebrew channel,and tbh i dont know anything about homebrew, that was hard for me to understand and quit the wii

whats is the purpose of starfall? and i never understood the geckoOS :S i always thought it's something u plug into ur wii,but then i understood it reads backups or so :S

Updating is safe. You might lose the ability to get homebrew onto the console, but whatever pirated VC titles you have installed will remain.
