My findings so far.

################################################################################
##########

The testing I have done so far.

Using NTSC Nintendo Wii

All game's are burnt onto Memorx DVD+R's at 2.4x, unless said so.

All game's Scrubbed unless said so.

All game's expected to have long loading times

################################################################################
##########

Deca Sports [NTSC]- now displays color and plays just fine.

Mario Kart [NTSC]- Now boots in color but freezes after first race
frown.gif

Super Paper Mario [NTSC]- Still black and white, and now the screen flickers. note it did not flicker with Wan's leaked beta loader. EDIT- Force PAL and it works.

Mario Party [NTSC]- Burning now, check back (Tho i am almost 100% sure it will work and play just fine.) Works, when it loads to your game, the sound will start to skip a little bit but it still loads to your game
smile.gif
Works fine.

Super Mario galaxy [NTSC] [Not scrubbed] -Working, but you have to use this save file to get past the first cut-scene - http://www.mediafire.com/?xe0yxnzmirl - I just ran into my first problem with it, when you get to the kitchen, the first level (16 I think) on Beach Bowl Galaxy, Sunken Treasure every time I start to swim under water the sound starts to go bad and then it fezzes. Here is somebody else's problem here.

Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2009 USA Wii-Scrubbed WiiST- Work well so far, takes along time to load. I always skip the first cut scene's to it don't freeze (idk if it will but I always skip them to be on the safe side.)

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess- [Not Scrubbed] [NTSC-U] [Works! Blue disk drive light is on for some reason>? Load times not as bad as others]

Cabela's big Game Hunter [NTSC]- Works fine, no problems other then intro video skips a bit.

Madden.09.Wii.Scrubbed [NTSC]USA [DVD-R]- Boots, but everytime you go to start a game it starts to buzz and fezzes, but I was able to get online and create a EA Sports account and view online lobby, but it could not load game. This could also because of this burnt onto a DVD-R, when i get more I will re burn and test again.

Cabelas Trophy Bucks [NTSC]- Testing soon

Party Game 2 NTSC- Works

Crash: Mind Over Mutant USA WiiScrubbed WiiST- Works, did not watch the intro videos because it might of froze, in game cut scenes work but lag a little bit. Gameplay is fine tho.

Firstly, download the DVDx from Hackmii or somewhere, then inside the folder should have some files, like, "installer.dol" or something, I think.

Then re-name the "installer.dol", to, "boot.dol" and put it in your apps folder on your SD card.

Then boot up Homebrew Channel. and boot up the DVDx application, go to advance, and install IOS249.

I can confirm that de Blob (PAL) works when forcing NTSC.
FMVs stutter as well as the main menus.

Gameplay is perfect.

Burned at 2.4x on a Sony DVD-R.

The ISO was scrubbed, BTW.

Whoa, whoa, wait a minute... Does Wario Land: Shake it! work? Because on the wiki page it just says I have to take out the batteries, but here it says it doesn't work all together... Well which one is it? I'm already almost have it... And that'd be a waste of ratio to find out it doesn't work.

Guys please, I need this question answered.. Also, should I burn on 4x speed?

Hey, people. I know I'm a complete newb, and someone may have already posted this, but I got Okami working pretty much flawlessly by d/ling some save files to my sd card and putting them on the Wii's system memory. Obviously, this doesn't solve the problem with it freezing when you start a new game, but loading games works just fine. Someone else may have already figured this out, I haven't taken the time to read all 36 pages of this topic, but I thought someone might find this useful. I think Okami should probably be put on the buggy games list, rather than left on the list of completely non-working games. Anyway, hope this helps.

Can't help, because we have people who say it does/doesn't work.

Totally I'd burn at 4x- 8x

Although I've done 2 small games at 16x and worked great.

Force NTSC I believe- PEOPLE! Check the compatibility Wiki!- Thats why it's there.
90% of the time it will tell you if a game works, and if any special settings are needed!
Please check their before asking

Tested more games (already added them to the Wiki)

Dragon Blade [NTSC/U]
DVD use: Philips DVD-R
Speed: 4X using imgburn

Results: Works fine, videos lag horribly but they can be skip. Gameplay is fine.

NBA Live 2009
DVD use: Philips DVD-R
Speed: 4x using imgburn

Results: Works fine, I tested out a season and it load fine, not problems with gameplay or crashing. Will be testing it all the modes later to make sure and update with that.

It didn't work for me using wiigator's backup loader, but it did when I used waninkoko's. I couldn't get past that stupid intro video so I used a save file so that I could skip it. However, every time you beat a level you have to do the battery trick or it will freeze up.

Another game tested:

Harvey Birdman [NTSC/U]
DVD use: Philips DVD-R
Speed: 4x using imgburn

Results: Works fine, the videos actually play like normal (with very minor short lag here and there (is very rare from my play). The loading is pretty fine too actually.

Does the battery trick work for the intro? Because I tried it, it said to replace batteries, so I pressed A. Next thing I know Wario jumped through the telescope and a white screen appeared. Frozen...

EDIT: Does anyone have the link to the save file? I just want it after the intro.

wait about 45-60 seconds after it says it can't find a Wii Remote, then put the batteries back in...

the load screen is the problem... so if you allow it to load before the load screen, it doesn't need the screen, and won't be a problem!
