any plans for rice framebuffer?I've released 1.4.3 but the fix for this didn't make it in as I didn't see it until just now. I tried 240 with some changes but it made it worse, I'll have a look and implement it in a future update.

Yeah, I have it partially working but it needs more effort to get it working properly.any plans for rice framebuffer?
thanks alot, its amazing to see so much development on n64 emulation on wii/wiiu.Yeah, I have it partially working but it needs more effort to get it working properly.
Can it be a toggle? I like the extra sharpness with some games on CRT.I've released 1.4.3 but the fix for this didn't make it in as I didn't see it until just now. I tried 240 with some changes but it made it worse, I'll have a look and implement it in a future update.

Pushed a new version, 1.4.4 had some broken texturing in glN64. I'll try to do the Factor 5 ucodes from GLideN64 at some point now that I'm a bit more confident after doing the WDC/Stunt Racer ucode. I also want to really focus on FrameBuffer enough so that Perfect Dark, Zelda (lens of truth etc) are working properly.
There were some fairly fundamental core changes brought back from mupen64plus/GLideN64 so let me know via issues on github if things have broken in something that used to work. https://github.com/emukidid/Wii64/releases/tag/1.4.5

@emu_kidid
I was looking as to why Beetle Adventure Racing had a broken skybox in new release 1.4.5 on Rice plugin, since it was working good in 1.2. I found that the RiceVideoLinux.ini file from that new release is mostly empty compared to v1.2. All of the various settings for each game are gone. Is that normal? Been stucking with the 1.2 ini file as it seems more compatible![]()
MY WHITEST OF WHALES! THANK YOU FOR TESTINGEDIT 2: MYSTICAL NINJA STARRING GOEMON WORKS PERFECTLY ON WII64 RICE!!!
rice is currently abit bugged, first time games will work correctly, but after going back in all settings will be cleared so maybe wait until next version where emukid fixes the rice bugMY WHITEST OF WHALES! THANK YOU FOR TESTING
Now I just have to figure out what I have to update so the new dol doesn't blackscreen as a Wiiflow plugin. The ini arguments probably changed a bit from half a decade ago, so I wasn't able to just drop the new dol in to my existing setup.
Yes, there was a change in WFL plugin arguments. @emu_kidid made these the arguments since 1.4.3 and they work without issue.MY WHITEST OF WHALES! THANK YOU FOR TESTING

You can prevent this from happening by setting the ricevideolinux file to "read only"rice is currently abit bugged, first time games will work correctly, but after going back in all settings will be cleared so maybe wait until next version where emukid fixes the rice bug
oh yeah but i like to play around with settings and fix the games abit more, its sad i cant try anymore.You can prevent this from happening by setting the ricevideolinux file to "read only"
Found out about Exotica days ago. StarCraft 64 was already playable on Rice (last I tested was 1.2/1.3) with the ini settings I had since then. On glN64, BattleTanx is also playable, Fighting Force 64 (but it runs slow for now), and Taz-Express.Im going to double post just specifically to highlight this release - there are now *four* games that originally just weren't playable ever on the Wii before, Mystical Ninja, Starcraft 64, World Driver Championship and Stunt Driver 64, (as well as games like Crusn Exotica and Gauntlet Legends) I would seriously implore you guys to check this one out because it actually does shake up the compatibility list in a way that hasn't been done since Not64 hit the scene and is indeed worth revisiting what works and what doesn't, it's how I discovered Mystical Ninja and Starcraft now work totally fine.
So at this point Wii64 almost obsoletes the FIX94 version that adds some hacks to glN64 making the HUD visible in Mortal Kombat 4 / Mortal Kombat Mythologies, mini map 1 visible in Doom 64, Wetrix gameplay visible, and Star Wars Episode I Racer with less clipped graphics.
You can still do that, all you have to do is remove the "read only" flag in windows explorer when you want to make any changes, then turn it back on when you're done editing, that way Wii64 can't make any further changes to it.oh yeah but i like to play around with settings and fix the games abit more, its sad i cant try anymore.
