When i first modded my o3ds i employed a 32gb sd card but it soon ran out of memory having a bunch of stuff installed on it so i bought a 64gb to replace it but before i proceed i have a couple of questions.
Does the 3ds (non-new xl model) even support cards larger than 32gb as long as they're formatted to fat32?

How do i transfer data from the first card to the second card? Do i just copy and paste it? Will i lose anything? Will the cfw still work?

On top of that i think it would be wise to backup my data in the remote (but theoretically possible) scenario where data gets corrupted or 3ds stops working properly eventually or something else. I backed it up when i first modded my console originally but that data is quite outdated now and even then i probably lost it due to trouble with my computer. How do i make another backup? Do i just follow the same procedure on the 3ds hacks guide again?

Is there anything else i need to know?

Just format the new SD card in fat32 with DiskGenius or Guiformat and copypaste the old data and it's done
