Just my opinion. An original, legit, R4. But I could be wrong about that. How about the CycloDS? An overpriced overhyped flash cart. I got a deal on one from a company I was doing business with in China that's the only reason I have one. SuperCard DStwo is the best of the best, how about that one? Those are super hard to come by these days.
original r4 and cyclods are not rare at all

original kind of is, considering it was cloned pretty quickly and even a couple years later it was hard to find an actual original one. not that it made much of a difference, they worked the same. I dont know if the pcb is identical or if there are differences

original had a spring loaded microsd card slot also, that was replaced with a, well, not spring loaded slot not long after

something like this: https://gbatemp.net/threads/the-original-r4-ds.589105/#post-10425153

Am I remembering wrong, but the original R4 come with a spare shell? I could swear mine had both colours and a little case to keep it in.
Some of the old models did, no idea up to what revision. CARD-6 is the last one with the spring slot but I've only seen it in black, and CARD-7x never had a white variant.
non-spring loaded slot always makes the electronics seem "cheapened"
They broke, a lot.

They're 1:1 identical so it's hard to call them clones in the regular sense (I guess the files got leaked/sold off at some point). Besides maybe the blobchip variant, but that could still be one final cost-cut. Doesn't help that GBalpha themselves made quite the mess of these with the M3Simply/OGR4 and EN/CN jumpers on early revisions, slowly fading until CARD-7x (7A - OGR4 EN, 7B - M3Simply EN, 7C - OGR4 CN, presumably there's at least a 7D to finish the pattern, but I've not seen one). GBalpha was definitely still making them into the M3Real era as a cheapo option, possibly until the R4RTS.

G6 DS Real is impossible to find
It's hard to find because it never sold that well; it uses an internal NAND storage for games, and microSD cards were getting cheaper, so it made more sense to buy the M3 DS Real over the G6 because it's expandable. If this was before the R4, however, when flashcarts, like, the N-Card/Fire Card was around, then it might've been a good competitor.

Honestly, can never find one of those, even when I searched on eBay for years.

Yeah even N-Cards can still be found here and there. Mostly because the hardware got sold by a lot of different vendors so was available under different names. Probably sold more as a result. As for M3 G6 Real, I'm not sure what it's compatibility was like but there aren't really clones of it anywhere so logically once the sole vendor stopped selling it, it vanished much faster. If you think the G6 Real was rare, try and find an Acekard R.P.G. That one is the true unicorn. It has both nand and a mSD slot!

I bought the M3 DS Real(bp5es&bp5es-x2) last year, their icon is G6.
I tried many kernels, there are always some functionality issues when using them on the DSi. (for example, when playing DPG, the image appears on both screens, can not use 'real time save')
Game compatibility is very poor, and it's not as good as nds-bootstrap.

Yeah, the compatibility with the stock kernel is such a mixed bag. Also, you forgot that Pico-Launcher exists now, which is worth putting onto your flashcart as an alternative.

RPG is less common to find over, say, the AK2i and the AK2. It is indeed a rarity and dare I say a gem. It's got both NAND flash and a microSD slot, so you can transfer the games you want onto the NAND whilst keeping the ones you don't need on the SD, in the case that it ever gets re-purposed.
