Hi everyone,

I have a Nintendo Switch Lite on my workbench. It arrived with the FPC connector that links the motherboard to the daughterboard damaged. I replaced the connector, but now the console powers on only briefly: it shows the first Nintendo logo, then the screen goes black.

If I connect the charger while the console is powered off, the charging battery icon appears for a moment and then disappears.

Using a bench power supply, I noticed that the console does not complete the boot process. On a known-good motherboard, the power supply briefly resets its outputs immediately after the first logo appears, but this faulty board never reaches that stage.

From my experience, this kind of behavior can sometimes be caused by poor solder joints under the APU BGA. I have already performed a complete APU reball, but the issue remains unchanged.

I haven't found any short circuits or abnormal resistance readings.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should check next?
