she was stocking on full restores for grinding/ leveling up her Garchomp. if you played D/P/Platinum you'd know her Garchomp was abit overleveled (in comparison to your team) and will certainly give you a hard time (sp on your first time).
And Garchomp is begging for help because she's running him ragged. All those full restores mean that instead of a Pokemon Center visit and some rest, he's going straight back to getting beat up.
