Hello

I'm looking for homebrew app/game idead to make.
If you have anything simple or complicated or whatever just drop it here.
No wrong or bad ideas (I know I'll regret that statement :rofl2:

). But for real anything is wanted.

I used to enjoy playing Megadrive, SNES, and N64 games online via kaillera. I am surprised I have not been able to find an emulator for 3DS which has kaillera support. I've searched various sites that list homebrew apps, but no mention of such an emulator. I expected several kaillera supported emulators on 3DS considering the easy fun that can be had. Anyone have ideas why I cannot find what I am lokking for?

I searched this forum as well, but there is no mention of kaillera linked to 3DS, are owners of this dual screen super console unaware of this network app?

Voxel9's port of the latest release of PrBoom (the source port for Classic Doom) was almost there before they got burnt out on it. All it really needs (at least IMO) is a simple PWAD selection frontend\launcher thingy. For that I suggest one like fgsfds made for their Switch port of GZDoom.

Why should that be surprising? Kaillera is a closed-source Windows program and if I am not mistaken the only emulators you are going to find with Kaillera are Windows emulators.

There needs to be a better art app for the 3ds! The best one there is isn't that great and I feel like a nodded one would be fun for creators to mess around with and relatively easy in comparison to some of the stuff that people are making/porting.
