Castlevania harmony of despair.I use peazip to open it, but it prompts me for a password? ? Is there any other software that can open it?

How to open a .arc file

About konami, forget it, it's just a joke. The file is from the game directory, and I can't find the right software to open it. As for the password, it's probably an error message from peazip. I'm going to open it for translation work.
I used HxD to check the arc file and found that it contained a dds file. Unfortunately, I don't have a tool to open the arc file.
