Hi everyone,

I purchased a Nintendo switch that had a repair attempt before.

The switch turns on but has 2 issues:

- It does not charge but I get a charging symbol when connected to power. It draws 0.09A, 15V
- Power button only works to turn on the switch or force shutdown. The console does not go to sleep or wakes up by using this button.

The previous owner ripped the battery connector and a few pads, but I have connected another battery (known good) through jumper wires.

Charging port looks good, diode readings seem normal. M92 and P13 have no shorted caps.

I have already replaced BQ chip and MAX17050 but same result. The only weird thing I found is that I get a diode reading of 1.130 on VBUS, which should be lower from what I've seen.

Does anyone know what could be the cause of this issue?

Thank you!
