You need to create also a "replacements" folder under the folder with the namecode of the game. But the big issue here I think is that all the texture names are wrong. The texture naming for all the ps2 games are like "8d48e2cdc59d3da2-d1a0e3bfa999c390-00005dd3.dds" and not just "A83H89A.dds" this names are incorrect and it doesn't fit with the original texture names when they're dumped.
