    i have cheap stuff and im not that stupid, i got a copy of rayman 2 n64 for 14$ not long ago and also got a CECHA01 ps3 for cheap (it had YLOD but i needed it for parts anyways) and other things too, and your not stupid, that girl in your PFP is from puyo puyo i think and puyo puyo is a puzzle which puzzles are good for your brian and you have made some smart moves before so you are not stupid!

    Take HDD (or SSD) out, put in another ultra cheap no-name 256GB SSD, install Windows 10 and some Linux.
    Zero risk and it will feel like a new computer.

    What a sweet thought! Are you also introverted towards your parents? Sometimes a simple gesture is enough; a hug, picked flowers, favorite sweets, heartfelt compliments. Don't miss these opportunities: time passes ruthlessly, and then it will be too late, alas. 😑

    Resting and playing games sounds like an appropriate use of summer vacation to me, don't have as much time for that later in life. If that's not what you want to do, what do you want to do instead?

    That's understandable but I think that if you can't work out what you would be better off doing then its best to not worry about it because you're doing all you can think to do. If you have a great idea of something better, you can do that

    Blind trust in "professional" help isn't a good idea. People online tend to not even touch such subjects to not be remotely involved. "Go and see a doctor." is the (only) accepted consensus. You can't go wrong with that advise -- but you will be wrong with any other.

    A doctor's or psychologist's job is indeed to help and hopefully they will do. My warning targets the fact that such professionals are humans and can make mistakes. They can assess things wrongly and some of them continue a (wrong) way out of stubbornness or pride.
    I know from own experience and have seen it often(!) happening to other people.

    Then uhh idk. The biggest part of getting real life friends is being in real life. If you struggle with that then I genuinely suggest getting counselling. I don't mean that in any rude way. I've got some anxiety and being around people used to really stress me out. Once I was able to get through that though then things slowly got better and I got to know tons of people.

    Should I get a job despite the fact that im lazy and stubborn and stupid, the fact that economy here is shit and minimum wage is just 3 dollars, the fact that I will most likely not get hired for being a minor and a loser, the fact it might consume most of my time, the fact im too young to have a bank account, and the fact idk what to do concerning my parents?

    i recommend foobar2000 in terms of offline music, the UI is a little bit way too much, but it has pretty much everything and no performance issues even in playlists with thousands of music files

    I personally just use the stock Samsung Music app; it works just fine for my needs, since I have quite a few songs copied over to my phone.

    It is/was a lightweight audio player with good keyboard controls. It just worked.
    I used it on Windows 98SE and on XP and for a while on Linux with Wine.

    At some point it became obsolete. Current computers are strong enough to handle VLC.

    Winamp is still a good option for Windows 98 computers which won't handle h.264 decoding anyway. VLC is a pain to setup with KernelEx and whatnot.
