I don't; haven't had IRL friends since high school, back when I was forced to interact with the same crowd for most of the year. Found it much harder to really connect with anyone in university, and now...yeeeah. Don't really interact with anyone.

Go and try volunteering. If you can help out at festivals or somewhere exciting then that's usually the best. I met most of my friends outside of school that way. I've also met people just by having a cup of coffee and randomly saying hi. Anyways, go out to find friends. Don't lurk in online forums wondering how.
