Sure it is. I used preloader to enable regionfree games and channels, additionally I used AnyRegion changer to set my video output to ntsc, also make sure that the corresponding Ioses are up to date

just install priiloader and set region free everything or use program to change the region in wad. no need for change the region in wii its self. It can give you some problem with your pal wad.
