THE SOLUTION IS THERE!
In version 1.5 there are a few reports about a save file compatiblilty problem, so it's wise to backup your save file on your computer before patching!!!
I've been discovered

and I admid I'm not Raqib12 or Rykin.
I give all the credits to them because of making the patch this is based on!

Hey! You're all irritated by the freezing in the US version arn't you?
Well I've found an solution

I'm making an Japanese rom which contains all of the OFFICIAL dialogs, menu's, Pokémon names etc, etc...!

My friend Rykin came up with the idea to translate the JP rom with the official USA version's language files, and I thought:
"Well that can't be to hard, I'm trying it!" Well, peops, the awnser is here!

Must be a lot of work, but that is definitly a solution.
Unless you decide to do it for the german version aswell I'll keep waiting for a fix/firmware update.
But thanks for doing all the work, nice job.

when, where, how often does is the game supposed to freeze? on my R4, my HG started fine, hasn't froze yet. i just got to the part when i got my totodile, the stopped playing, i waiting for soul silver to be dumped....

or i might buy it

SS is already dumped, last week. Freezes every 24 events.

Hmmm what about the wi-fi? Would it work globaly? Yeah maybe a noob question but this is the Japanese version we are talking here about after all. Also GL! This is really great news

The Japanese ROM has a problem with the Pal-Pad, or at least on R4i/TTDSi

This idea has been proposed a couple times and rejected strongly by a few. Well, glad to hear someone is actually taking this idea and implementing it.

SS is already dumped, last week. Freezes every 24 events.

i might as well just buy it. i feel like a pig downloading stuff all the time

and i was talking about the US version.

i should say good luck but i'm a lil skeptical bout this working they have tried to do a translation b4 n the project was never finished its coding it stopped after eruteka city regards less the problem on the us rom should be fixed directly because they will use the same process on later roms to freeze them and make em unplayable ultimately there must be a fix to overwrite the memory read error and not the graphics injection. i spent 2 long and have nearly beaten the game without the patch
