Mine all played fine on a WiiKeyv1 1.9s 3.2E Wii using gcos & Wui (with vista fix).
Been a long time though. There are tools that allow you to extract the .iso's, not 100% sure but I think I used Wui for that amongst other things. I'll go look at the downloads section, see what's there.
OK a few things, sorry been a long time this:

Wii - GameCube MultiGame ISO Creator v3.2.4
****************************************************************************
What's new:
* Fixed: Only first game was found when extracting from GCOS DVD9 ISO.
* Added: You can now extract game ISO's from all GCOS MultiGame ISO versions (v4 and previous versions)
Also there are a few more tools, and better ones for some things, I'll just post some links open each in a tab, have a look if your stuck pm me anytime m8. (I might not be in this subforum much)
So that can extract the .isos if you choose, but don't give up yet

There are other tools floating about that can help with other things.
Using these tools on my setup I was able to make all sorts of multi dvds.
EG:
Gamecube Game 1
Gamecube Game 2
Set of say... SNES roms (all snes)
Set of say... Mario Roms (different emulators)
Set of say N64 Roms (using Zelda Emulator v2 *) * v2 allows saving in games such as mario etc, v1 doesn't
Media files... say mario episode 1 (using MFE to play on Wii in GC mode)
So you can really mix things about.
