Hacking DS Save File Converter

I own both a Supercard (SD) and M3 (MiniSD) and I wanted to convert all of my save files from my Supercard over to my M3. The problem is, they're not the same format, so I can't just copy and paste.

Are there any programs out that will convert a Supercard Save to an M3 Save?
