Hi Everyone,

my daughter's v2 switch cannot boot past the Nintendo logo She said she did not use it for a few days, and when she tried turning it on, it started behaving like this. When the power button is pressed, the Nintendo logo comes on for a second or so, then the screen goes black. Even if it is on a charger, no charging icon is shown at any point. I cannot enter recovery mode either. I tried to search for a similar case in the threads but every case I found happened to a v1 and thus any possible software or diagnostic fix is not an option for me... Do you have any suggestions?

It is not modded. And as far as I know, it was not docked before it stared doing this.

Try to see if you can go into maintenance mode.

You might have to send it to Nintendo for repair if it still under warranty, sounds like a user partition problem for the black screen.

I have OFW at 15.0.1 and CFW at 15.0.0. But I didn't do anything specificaly to prod.keys.

I was curious if you had a updated prod.keys, I assume it doesn't work with outdated prod.keys while on higher firmware.
