So my last post raised a few questions more important than the ones I wanted answers to, but if we can never mind that, I still have a quick question: Is it possible to have more than one EmuNAND on the SD card?
[Edit] Would another possibility be to setup one EmuNAND, but keep multiple NAND backups and select one to mount on boot?
Fact is, you're messing with things that people don't mess with very often, and possibly that no one has messed with before. Consequently, it is entirely likely you will encounter problems that no one here (or possibly no one else at all?) is prepared to deal with.

I'm not trying to ignore your warning. I've been in direct contact with someone who has and does use the Badge Arcade in the manner described, and they've been thorough in explaining how they do it and what issues they've encountered. I'll be taking things one step at a time, not going "all-in" at once.
My question was if anyone is familiar with running multiple EmuNANDs. If that itself is unexplored or impossible then please let me know. (I've seen some folks making it work about 6 years ago, but the software used is outdated now.)
Noob question here. I have a US 3DS and bought Puzzle Bobble Universe por very cheap (Euro version)
I'm trying to run the game but I only got a black screen. Maybe the Luma region switcher is not working properly?
Because of that, the first thing I tried was download LumaLocaleSwitcher to run the game (because I read that doing so fix some errors running games from other regions)... But when I did it and open the app, I got an error "Failed to load PNG file "bottom_screen_top_bar.png".
Yes it's possible, as i said before.. GodMode9 has the ability to make Emunands, you can also do it on pc, i think it makes Rednands (but they function the same), though i forgot the name of that software tool (you can look around for it).
As to can either of these tools make multiple emunands of different regions? I can't tell that because i've never done myself (and have no desire to).. You're on your own regarding that.
That's not how it works. You can't mount a nand backup of an Emunand or sysnand.
What you do instead is to set a button combo on Luma3DS to go directly to the desired emunand in boot, the combo is "L + dpad (up/down/right or left)" on boot.
And you should have the emunand setting on Luma enabled, as well as the number of emunands that you have.
Not sure about the limit on how many emunands is the max, i think it's 4 iirc.
Also, once you set up an Emunand on the sd card it can't be copied to another sd card, the sd card is formatted in such a way (on either 3ds with GodMode9 or on pc) to only be in that specific sd card. Unlike sysnand, when you can just copy/paste the Nintendo 3DS folder to the new sd card..

Check if you have "game patching" enabled inside Luma3DS Menu. Enable it if it's not.
Run Luma Locale Switcher and set that game to run as a EU region game. Reboot the system and try again.
Though if it's a region issue you should encounter an error of sorts like Arm11 or ErrDisp, not a black screen. It could be just a bad/corrupted cia you've installed or sd is going bad.
I'd suggest redownloading & reinstalling the game. If that doesn't work you might want to check the sd card for errors with h2testw.
Also, are you this issue (or any issue) just with this game, or are there others? Cause if so, it might an indication that the sd card is going bad..
I was wondering, because my o2DS is on JP region and so is the eShop, could I buy North American digital games from the Nintendo website and link them via NNID? Or is there another way to purchase digital games from another region? Thanks for your help in advance.

My game is a physical cartrige. On the menu, the game is correctly recognized as Puzzle Bobble Universe and I can open it normally, then the 3DS splash screen appears as any other game, but the game never starts; showing me only a black screen. The 3DS does not generates any error or something like that.
So I've been trying to get into Citra emulation and play some of my 3DS games on my PC with all of my data, especially Mii & Update data.
Got around to learning and using ThreeSD with Godmode9, but I ran into a snag... when booting ThreeSD on the PC end after making the dump of the files as instructed on the ThreeSD github page, the ThreeSD gui on PC can't find my dumped files on my SD even when I manually search and choose the root folder of the SD card, despite seeing the dumped files on there under the ThreeSD folder.
Disclaimer: "Sorry, there are contents available"
Has anyone come across this issue? Is it a problem with the SD card's formatting being FAT32 instead of exFAT, too many files/folders, etc? There's an 'Utilities' button/tab that seems to have a manual step by step method of engaging with files, but I don't know how to operate it properly since I don't see any documentation on that method.
@HelpTheWretched I know there were the possibility to create 4 Emunands with old luma version and boot in to it by holding the D-Pad in a specific direction. But cant tell how to setup and how far possible on actual luma version.
A Nand backup is backup, you cant boot in that. Therefore exists a EmuNand.
EDIT: Coolme already answered it in detail in some previous post.

Yes, that's the actual error, and I have for sure followed the directions... unless I'm missing something, even went ahead and tried twice to make sure I didn't miss something... unless I got lost on some step that was very confusing.
All the files got dumped into the ThreeSD folder on the root of the SD card.
Also on the FAT32 vs. exFAT bit, it's been a while since I've dove too deep into tinkering my CFW 3DS besides updating my Bootstrap & Luma CFW for the past 3 years or so. If anything, I was thinking that exFAT brought problems to Homebrew. lol!
Yes, you can install the cartridge directly to your system with GodMode9, just for testing. You can also dump it & verify the hash with the hash of a known good dump (on the internet), to know for sure if the cartridge is corrupted.
Does it show that same message if you have the cartridge removed from the system? If so then it's not necessary the cartridge..
And you might want to delete the app, download and install it again. Make sure to get the stable version.
Also make sure you have the Luma folder on the root of your sd card, and check this directory sd:/luma/titles/titleid/locale.txt it should have that locale.txt file there for that specific game..
Just to quote @TurdPooCharger
Now, i recommend to let it create that .txt file on its own, and if it doesn't have the EN language there'll be just the JP language..
You can try using an older version of the software, perhaps?
Otherwise you can try using ninfs instead, but ninfs isn't especially designed for use in readying files for Citra and I am completely unfamiliar with what steps might be necessary.

Thanks for linking me to the thread. Guess I'll just wait for that proper method to be updated, it seems the last time the author of ThreeSD chimed in was back in September of this year. just want to make sure to use something that gets everything in the right place that Citra can use.
For now, I guess replacing my saves with my manual extracted saves through Checkpoint will suffice for now.
