As I said i also sometimes get hangs when booting the 3ds when my sd is plugged in ( the one containing the mods )
This issue is separate from both Luma3DS and TWilightmenu. What do you mean by "hangs" exactly? As in taking too long to boot into the home menu, or in booting into a black screen and staying there?
Do you have a large sd card (+64GB)? It could be because of the cluster size if it's set to 32kb (if it's a large sd card). The boot will be slow, like up to 1min..

The sd is 8gb with 32kb cluster size. With hangs i mean: i boot up the console and the splash screen of luma(set using anemone) doesn't even show and so i get a black screen and I can only force shutdown. This seems to happen after having installed or opened something new (for the first time) and then shutting off the console.

Just replace the sd card. That thing must be atleast a decade old..

Luma3DS doesn't have any "splash screen". It just boots directly to the home menu after powering the system on.

Sounds like the same issue you're having in TWilightmenu, when it fails launching the games (white screen) the first time..

It does support splash screens if I recall.

I call it luma splash screen but maybe it has nothing to do directly with it, it's just a 3ds boot theme of anemone.

Anyway the sd is indeed very old so yes I could change it. In case I change it , is copying the files from one to the other enough?

Finally yes , it looks like the same problem of twilight menu.

Yes, copying the files to the other SD card is enough.

Regarding the uninstallation of twilight menu, step n.3 says to find 2 purple titles/entries of twlmenu in FBI and delete them , but I have only one ( yes iven after reinstalling it ) could this be part of the problem?

wdym? You just close the lid. That's how activating sleep mode is usually done.
Are you running TWLMenu++ on an emulator?
no, im in a 3DS
i dont what it to enter sleep mode
just asking because in Phantom hourglass there 1 or 2 times that im forced to close and open lid to progress in game
and 3ds hinges are already pretty loose
thanks robz

Then no, it's not possible to emulate it.
You should look into getting the hinges fixed then.

Good Morning.😊

Please bear with me, I'm a bit out of "exercise" when it comes to TWiLight and not up to date anymore.
I have now just updated the R4 SDHC Flash Card, used it on an DSi XL v1.4.5 EU and everything looks ok.

@RocketRobz and the TWiLight Team:
Respect, really great work and the Boot Time is awesome!
The Sound of the background Music in the Menu is now "pure and clear". Many Thanks !!
(I do not have "discovered" all the other News and Features at the moent, sorry.💖😉)

Now I wanted to play
"Mario & Sonic - At the Olympic Games" EU Version NTR-AY9P-EUR - SDK-Ver: 4.1

Unfortunately, after entering the Name and choosing the Flag,
it continues but stays on 2 white screens....

Is this possibly already known?

Many Thanks.😊

This is not a known issue, and you're the first to report it.
Sounds like your ROM is corrupted, so try replacing it. If the issue persists, then try turning off card read DMA and/or async card read.

Replaced - same Issue.😢
Also the US Version has the same,so I think it is a Flashcard / Firmware Issue,
because on the R4 SDHC with YS Menu both Versions are working.

If the issue persists, then try turning off card read DMA and/or async card read.
Sadly I have found no Option in the TWiLight Settings or in the InGame Settings....

Ah, I somehow immediately forgot that you're on a flashcard, even though I already read that you're using one.

One of the new features is that you can set nds-bootstrap and flashcard kernel per-game.
