absolutely. There is no Hekate vs Fusee anymore. Just one size fits all.

👍🏿

So installed Limbo (116MB) to my SD over USB and it checks out fine when I check for corruption. Tried Cruisn Blast at 3.6GB to my SD and the same. Both nsps. Next tried the Japanese Dragon Quest XI S xci (13.5 GB or so) to SD and it installed fine, but checked as corrupt. Same happens when I install the XCI to the NAND. This specific XCI has installed fine and checked out fine before.

Weird. i guess sd card corruption can be crossed off the list though. Do you have a smaller xci? Would be strange that it would be nsp vs xci but let’s cross it off the list Just the same.

e: did you swap out your sigpatches?

I still can't get retroarch to run with multiple controllers.
I tried to use the guide I was shared here for the split joy cons, but when I select split joycon on, I can't press anything in the menu anymore.

Also though , it's not split joycons I'd want to work. I just don't know how retroarch can detect a second controller to map it.

Read might be a bug in 1.3.1 on r/SwitchPirates. Maybe I'll just wait for a 1.3.2 release.

Sorry, I didn't read everything back from your problem. Can you let me know your setup? If I have the same, I can also try to reproduce the problem. I'm using OLED, Hekate 5.7.2, Atmosphère 1.3.1 and Tinfoil. I've been installing and uninstalling games without a problem so far!

Also, could you share that sub reddit where you read about the bug?

In the thread I started here someone said it's a bug that was fixed a couple of weeks ago and would be in the newest commit.

I have an old school Switch using fusee.bin on AMS 1.3.1 and OFW 14.1.0 with the newest sigpatches from iTotalJustice, using the most recent DBI. Haven't tried building the newest AMS commit yet though. Prob just end up waiting for the next stable version since I don't have anything I'm dying to play on Switch for the next couple of weeks or so.

So I’ve freshly installed several test cases but I think the most significant would be Persona 4 (10+Gb) on my:

V1 Erista 14.1.0
Atmos 1.3.1
Hekate 5.7.2
Network install using Tinfoil 14.0

Going to delete it and try using DBI and USB next…

And they're all checking out clean from the System Settings -> Data Management -> Manage Software -> Check for Corrupt Data? Had the error after installing roms that checked out clean before from Tinfoil too.

That’s the part I was missing. Thank you!

Doing so, I was able to duplicate the error…

Other than to confirm you're not nuts and it‘s not limited to DBI over USB (sorts glad I went with TF/network now) I don’t think there’s much we can do but report it.

SciresM doesn't support piracy though. Like 80% of the reported bugs on the AMS github are piracy related and thus closed lol.

i knew that. Musta spaced for a sec. Bad idea. Ungh.

Weird thing is I can reboot and play the formerly “corrupt” game right afterwards without any issues.

it’s only triggered by specifically going to:
System Settings—> Data Management—> Manage Software—> Check for Corrupt Data

I’ve never done a Check for Corrupt Data before so as far as I can tell it may have always been this way (not likely…just saying I never click on it.)

I think it's just this release. I have been checking for corrupt data after every install for years and this is the first release this happens on with nsp and xci that always installed perfectly and checked out as clean on previous releases.

Do anyone had crashes when tried to use NES and SNES NSO on Atmosphere? Sometimes those crash when I select a game or even open the app, but after restart, run normally.

I want to transfer/copy profile with its save data from hacked switch to hacked switch
what is the simplest way to do this?

If I understand, you need JKSV from Tinfoil. At least, to backup your games, so I assume you can use those backups in another Switch. But not sure, never tried it!

OK, I think I might have messed up somehow.
I Update AMS to 1.3.1 and I updated to FW 14.0.0 . But which Option should I have selected, FAT32 or FAT32/exFAT Option? My MicroSD is FAT32, but should I have selected the FAT32/exFAT ???
I tried doing a Update with Tinfoil, but it kept popping up with a Error saying there is not enough Space left (got 10GB left and Update was much less than 1GB). I ran a Error Check, but nothing wrong was found.

Ok, nowadays I use Awoo-Installer and NS-USB-Loader to install games from my laptop over USB. I have yet not run at any problems... but since they have not received any updates for a while, I wonder, should I use NUT and Tinfoil?
(I have Tinfoil, but am only using it for shops basically)

Edit:

Ok, I have been trying to use NUT, but I'm feeling like an idiot. I'm trying to scan the folder, but it gives the following error:

scanning file_name.xci could not get title id from filename, name needs to contain [titleId] : C:\PATH\Tinfoil NUT\titles\file_name.xci An error occurred processing file: NSP no titleId set

In order to use NUT, I need to rename all my files to their respective Title ID?
What is the most common method for USB Installs nowadays? I used to enjoy Awoo-Installer with NS USB Loader, because it was quite simple... but I heard it doesn't support some games anymore.

Are you using Luffshop? I was wondering the same, because the content vanished almost entirely yesterday. But I believe it's not possible to know what is actually working or not, other than trying adding them manually one by one. I believe when they're all working, the content appear all mixed together, but I could be wrong.
