psx for me and boy was it hard. won't play without godmode.

Really difficult. Without cheats he wouldn't have been able to play it.

Hello, I would like some clarificationson the "CPU No Move" cheat for Mario Kart 8.
I enabled it, but all the other cpu are still driving like if the code wasn't enabled. Am I doing something wrong ?
The others codes I'm using are working.

That one is not "Stop moving"
The CPUs were misleading, they though the map is very small, so they will remain in a corner and cannot run around a lap

It is not a defined standard code format, may have issue in different CheatVM
just leave it blank or use 20000000 instead if you want to show that line in EdizonSE

I asked why i saw that on Metroid Dread 1.0.3 cheats under static and permanent there are all zero.

This is just for alert/notification purpose to ensure that you don’t use permanent by accident that could affect your Samus’ stats permanently and irreversible.

Static isn’t permanent and it will clear up after game closes.

It is looks like category to let you know whichever codes are permanent or static.
