Homebrew Installing mods does nothing

I recently installed atmoshphere onto my switch so I could install mods among other things. I specifically installed an SMT V mod from gamebanana to revert the element resistance symbols back to the text like the older games have. I enabled it in simple mod manager and everything, but the mod simply doesnt appear in my game. What am I doing wrong? Here's the directory I have the mod installed in:
/Root of sd card/mods/SMTV/NuDrRp(name of the mod)/contents/0x010063B012DC6000(title id)/romfs/Project/Content/Paks/~mods/NuDrRp.pak

Never used SimpleModManager, but you sure "0x" should be there?

Just to be sure here you can check the ID for your version of the game, but yours should be right.

A manual install? As opposed to what? I downloaded the file from gamebanana, put it into my ad card, then enabled it with a mod manager. Is there another way to do it?

SD:\mods isn't a directory that Atmosphere even looks in. All mods go in SD:\atmosphere\contents.

basically what @Fyrus and @The Real Jdbye pointed out, not using a Modmanager and their folders to install it, but putting the files in the "atmosphere/contents/<game id>" folder yourself and using the classic way
