Hacking R4i Gold (v1.4.1, not PRO, not 3DS) No timebomb firmware/kernel?

Hello. I have this pre-3DS R4i card that has a timebomb in its firmware/kernel. Does anyone know about a firmware without a timebomb that is compatible with my cart?

RetroGameFan's YSMenu has that website listed under the R4i-SDHC spoiler, so it probably works.

It's simply a clone of the R4i-SDHC, if you expand that spoiler block you'll see your's listed.

My one is very old. I don't think it's a clone but I'm not searching for the firmware of my cart. I'm searching for one like Wood (without timebomb)

Basically everything is a clone, that's not a bad thing it's just how things are with DS flashcards.

And YSMenu isn't the original firmware, it's a better one without a timebomb. Unfortunately not as good as Wood, but your card simply can't run wood.

Your other option is TWiLight Menu++ which can either use nds-bootstrap (in B4DS (flashcard) mode) or YSMenu to run the games, YSMenu generally being more compatible. If you prefer the GUI of TWiLight Menu++ you can have TWiLight's GUI and YSMenu's compatibility that way.

That firmware is YSMenu. There are no others available for this cart. You really only have that option.

You were sent a link to RetroGameFan's YSMenu, and from there you need all the files inside the R4i-SDHC YSMenu folder on your SD card root.
