That statement really doesnt mean anything, aswell as there is about 0 help that can be given as there is no info for us to go by other than you cant move a folder. How? Why? Whats said, whats not? Is the card even being recognized by that pc?

You should just delete everything, since you can’t seem to understand or even know how to answer basic questions or computer skills

You where asked several times about the EXACT ERROR you’re getting and you keep dodging the question repeating the same exact thing.

It is possible that if your SD card is corrupted that it may be read-only.

Can you copy the folder instead of moving it?

i can copy it but cant paste it. That is the whole issue. Sry i explained it in a pretty dumb way

You’re not copying the file than. If you where than there would at least be an error message

Heres what i did

1. I selected the folder on the sd.
2. hit control c to copy it. (btw i did this for all of the other folders and it worked fine)
3. then went to my backup folder and hit control v to paste it. (and this also worked with all of the other folders)
4. And it didnt show up in the backup folder (didnt even show an error message or progress bar)

if it's a micro sd or something, it maybe the adapter. it may also be locked, but that may only be if copying to rather than from. I can't recall exactly.

it is a micro sd but the adapter is in fine condition and also i can paste/move all of the other folders except for this one

use the mouse and see if the copy option is greyed out or highlighted like the other folders on your pc should be. Right click to bring up the menu to select the copy option.

I saw this happening sometimes when you close the original source folder and try to paste it on another location. Try to keep the source folder opened on the desktop.

Well obviously if you want to keep anything on your SD card, you're going to have to find some way to copy it off the card, aren't you?
