We had a nice shootout against Washington. Not to be confused with State or DC, U-Dub is just in Seattle. They really put a schedule with a bunch of Pac-10 games packed together. That aside, we went into overtime for the first time this season. The game was tied 31-31 at the end of the 4th quarter. We win the coin toss and logically choose to go first.
For those who haven't watched college football in the 2000s, both teams get a chance to get touchdowns (or field goals when forced to) in order to win the whole game. If both teams get the same amount of points, they go again until someone gets outscored.
Scoring Summary:
We are 6-2 yet are unranked. We have to go against Cal who is currently ranked 20. I hear their QB might be a first round pick in the NFL... Quinton Broussard (Toledo) remains leading the Heisman race and is also a semifinalist for the Maxwell Award (best offense player of the year). Kevin Burnett (Tennessee) leads the Bednarik award (best defense player of the year) race. Aaron Rodgers leads the Best QB race.

Georgia lost against the Florida Gators of all people. Tim Tebow was still in high school, cmon dawgs. Auburn got upset by Ole Miss. Cal fell off from losing to ASU. We could get in the ranks if we beat Cal. And yes, Texas, Ohio State, and Toledo are STILL undefeated.
