@Alanqmgs just avoid opening autoplugin and when you do change the config.txt back it's a bit annoying but there's no real fix cuz there's no option to change it there's an option that looks like it might but it doesnt i just checked

Thx, that’s really Annoying to manual change henkaku_sfc. Hopefully it got fixed soon.

UPDATED TO V3.0

Changelog:
1. Translated Guidebook. Check it out!
2. Translated all text in TextListJP.dat except License Agreement.
3. Major fixes in text alignment.
4. Application should load English text a little bit faster now.
do you have a link to the translated Guide Book? I installed the mod and plugins but for me the Guide Book is still in japanese.

  • "Place ReaderMod.suprx to ur0:tai/ and install it under *PCSC80012 in ur0:tai/config.txt." What does it mean install it under PCSC80012??? Like I go into to config.text folder and paste "PCSC80012" under it or paste "ReaderMod.suprx" under it. The configure folder wont let me open anything in that folder. I am so lost. Can you clarify that step pls .I took the first step literal and placed it at the base of my ur0:tai. (deep sigh)

Yes I have been stuck on the guide - and how to install the translation for the program. I am able to install the app "Booker" off PKGJ but it's not translated so I went down this route. But at this point learning Japanese seems easier. Pls help - Im stuck on the Install Plugins part : On line 5 - for first time E-book Reader; I'm confused by what he means install under *PCSC80012 - where do I find that - and where do I drop the folder in my vita - then do I install from my vita? Does the word "under" mean I rename the files so the files name is (under) that name. Or I physically place the file under/below it?

Ok I figured out some stuff but now I'm stuck on the downloading books part - does the Reader Store still work... how do I download my own books? is it only Cpub books or was it updated to since then?

It is really bad indeed, 5 years later, I still witness how terrible the guide is. Congrats on the software, but man you need some language composition classes to make yourself understood with the explanation text, it is unbearable.

Hi, I’ve been struggling with this and was wondering if someone could do a video showing me step by step. I have been trying this for hours now and I’m just feeling flabbergasted and drained please help.

Does this still work?? I swear I've done everything right, but I can't for the life of me get the translation working. Is it normal to have to create the `*PCSC80012` line in ur0:tai/config.txt? I assume it is, but I can't think of anything else that would be wrong. henkaku_sfc.suprx loads perfectly fine on reboot, so it doesn't seem like an issue of plugins loading. I've added all the other files and folders to the respective places multiple times, each to no avail. Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.

edit: for a bit more clarification, the henkaku settings are replaced with user settings, but the reader settings dont have any effect on the reader app (fake authentication and disabling the guidebook doesnt work). Weirdly, the ux0:book/ directory is created, but not the ux0:book/u/ directory? not sure if this is normal or not.
Does the position of `*PCSC80012` matter? I've had it at the very bottom of config.txt and right under `*NPXS10015` with no differences between them.
If anyone can clue me in on an easy way to check tai logs to see if ReaderMod.suprx is actually loaded I would gladly paste them here.
