Most likely, you screwed something up in the NAND and rendered the eShop useless. If you have a NAND backup, restore it.
You can also go pirate a CIA for the eShop and install that.

Much easier to just use fbi to delete the eshop and it's ticket and then you just hit system update and the eshop will redownload.

Did you delete the eshop first with fbi? Did you delete its ticket. If you did try switching the 3ds off and on again then do the system update.

Yes

Hmm strange that method has always worked in the past to fix such issues. Try deleting your WiFi settings and then reset them back up and then try to system update again.


Edit so the eshop has now redownloaded yes??
