As I (as a casual user, not a staff member) see it, WiiMiiSwitch is kinda sorta blatantly breaking these two rules, by trying to debate moderation decisions and "airing grievances publicly".

And no, I don't think I'm trying to do the staff's work for them, just cross-referencing the guy's behaviour and the points listed in T&R. In the end, it's got nothing to do with me and I have absolutely no say in how it's handled. As a result, I'll stop here.

I'd say make this a learning experience. Give his poll rights back after a week, and if he abuses them again, take them away for good.
