Answers:

(1) How do I know I installed BootMii as boot2 and IOS ? I want to make sure I installed them....(kinda obsessive)

Use any exploit for your Wii's version (ex. for 4.3 version of Wii, use LetterBomb, str2hax, or FlashHax)
Once applied the exploit, it will open the Homebrew Channel / BootMii installer.
When you open the installer, wait some seconds until the "Press 1 to continue" message appears. When the "Press 1 to continue" message appears, press 1 button. You will see if the Homebrew Channel and BootMii are installed, as boot2 and/or as an IOS.

(2) Also, How do I make sure I installed the Priiloader ? if the Priiloader menu shows up when you turn on the console, then it means I installed it correctly ?

Not sure about this... But download Priiloader, save it to your SD card you use for Wii, open the Homebrew Channel and launch Priiloader. See if there is an option for see if you have Priiloader installed.

About priiloader, If you turn your Wii on while pressing reset button and it boots to priiloader before loading System menu, It is correctly installed and can act as a recovery tool right away. You can also try to enable some system menu hacks to verify that it's working correctly.

Since Priiloader simply installs itself into the IOS and the entire process is done automatically, There's very low chance of actually messing something up while installing Priiloader. Of course, chance is not zero but I doubt it's the case here. :-)

It just says install/uninstall BootMii for boot2 and IOS … it doesn't say if they are installed or not...

if you have bootmii as boot2 installed, it will launch at startup when an sd card with bootmii is inserted in the console

You need an SD card to either check if it boots with Boot2 BootMii, or to run a Syscheck.
Grab any SD card, follow this guide: https://gbatemp.net/threads/posting-a-system-check.300279/ to grab a Syscheck log, and upload it to here. for now we can't really do stuffs without SD card here.

(1) Not sure but that screen you show us is telling us that you have BootMii installed. Try to take a look on HackMii installer (HBC / BootMii installer) for see if BootMii is installed.

(2) The paste you given to us showed us that Priiloader is installed on your Wii (look to horizontal row 1, it shows "Priiloader installed".

(3) Yes, it is OK to have installed BootMii both as boot2 and as IOS, what's more, it is STRONGLY recommended to have BootMii installed both as boot2 and as an IOS.

(4) Yes, it does. It MUST be ticked in order for get that screen of Homebrew Channel / BootMii installer when you run the LetterBomb exploit from the Wii Message Board!

(5) Yes, it does (if you verified that you Wii is version 4.3U before running that exploit). The System Menu won't be upgraded during softmodding, latest version of Wii Menu was 4.3

(6) It cannot be verified again but for ensure that your NAND backup is fully verified for your Wii, you MUST delete your old backup and create a new NAND backup with BootMii but DON'T SKIP ANY STEP of the NAND backuping and verifying.

(press "HOME" on the Wii Motion Controller) if it is installed as IOS.
As @XFlak already explained,with the BootMii Files on the SD Card,the Wii should boot into the BootMii UI then it is boot2 installed.

"You mean if my version was 4.2U then the LetterBomb exploit wouldn't succeed ?" No. LetterBomb only works with 4.3 Wiis. It was made as a replacement of older exploits like Twilight Hack / Bannerbomb which weren't compatible with newer versions of System Menu.

Yeah, you should remove the old NAND backup from your SD card using your computer, by deleting the old "nand.bin" file, then insert again your SD card into your Wii, and now make a NAND backup again with BootMii by following this tutorial: https://wii.guide/bootmii

1.Nothing,the Bombletter does not appear in your Calender.

2.If it is on your SD Card,BootMii overwrites it.

Letterbomb is for 4.3 only. They won't work if you try to use it on 4.2 or below- You may use Bannerbomb instead, which also doesn't work on 4.3.
Smash stack exploit though, It works regardless of your system version.
If the target wii is, like, really old, around 3.3 or below, You could try to use Twilight Hack too.

also, nand.bin does get overwritten with new backup, iirc. always copy the nand backup to somewhere else other than just your sd card.

I remember the twilight hack. I did the smash stack on the wii u with the virtual wii. it works there too.
