Screwed up the region

Dumb me changed the wiis console area from japan to korea and its showing some green and pink stripes.It can boot into the recovery menu and shows 4.3 (KOR) but it doesnt read korean games. And i dont have priiloader, only bootmii as IOS. Any idea how to fix this?

You can try and see if you are able to use Bluebomb: https://gbatemp.net/threads/bluebomb-an-exploit-for-the-wii-wii-mini.549123/

Then you could use homebrew to fix the issue.

Failing that, the same advice applies as for error 003 fix (basically the reverse problem of what you have), you will need a drivechip to launch a patched SSBB (PAL) ISO from the recovery menu. https://gbatemp.net/threads/guide-how-to-fix-korean-4-2-error-003-unauthorized-device-ha.207572/

Hopefully, as Bluebomb also can be used for the error 003 fix, it will work for your case as well and you won't need a drivechip.

I tried bluebomb and it seems to stuck on Awaiting response from stage0
