Nintendo Switch APU Cap Identification

Hi there, as I was reballing a switch apu today, I somehow managed to send a cap to the ninth dimension. It is nowhere to be found.

Anyway, I really need the help of you guys to help me identify the right values for this cap.

1uF 20% 6.3V 0201 ceramic capacitors

They are just for smoothing the voltage so anything close will also be fine and in most cases, the Tegra will work file without them.

So all of those caps are the same value? Because there are some posts online stating that they are 0,1 µF and some others (like you) say it is 1 µF.

Ok, thank you. So can I just use one of the PS5 HDMI Caps? I have enough of those here. They are 100 nF @ 10 V and are also 0201 size
