Thanks Drax, Since its a fresh install I didnt realize I had to update the hekate sig patches, not the fusee ones. looks like tinfoil is going. Thanks! However now its telling me I should boot from fusee-primary.bin to boot to atmosphere so I have to figure out how to do that again any suggestions? lol

UPDATE! I think I was able to load from fusee primary bin, I moved it into my bootloader payloads folder and it came up, I think thats all I needed... let me know if I messed it up lol
Personally I would recommend just using TinWoo Installer. It supports all payloads and is arguably easier to use.

Hey Guys

I was wondering if anyone knows where to buy a mod chip for the switch lite? I searched all over nobody seems to have them. Also with the mod chip if I can find one does it work for all switch lites?

Hey guys, one question please
I did upgrade OFW to 11.01 and saw that latest SX OS doesn't work.
So I did find a tutorial to install Atmosphere and used ChoixDuJour to write 11.00 firmware (without burning fuse option). Now I can still play using SXOS 3.10. Going online is not important for me, I am just happy to play offline.

I don't have Emunand set up

Anything I should be aware of if I will further need to upgrade? I don't really understand how the fuses burning works.
Thanks a lot

When I try to restore my save data (Stardew Vally) by JKSV then I get the error message "Error: Not enough free space to copy sdmc:/JKSV......" The save is ok, I have like 20 free GB so someone please help me :(

Maybe try this forum's trading section or eBay but its not really recommended to buy the modchip because not only is it hard to find but the company that makes them may no longer be supporting the CFW used by those chips. You will have better luck finding an unpatched console which is more useful in the long run.

ChoiDujour doesn't support firmware 11.0. The highest firmware it supports is 6.2. It is clearly stated here

Is that 20 GB of free space on your SD card or internal memory?

Replay your games? How would a console update make you replay your games?

My .bin files got set to open with adobe somehow and now they wont work at all. Anybody have a fix for this?
As in your payload files on your computer do not work when being launched?

So you're saying you have 20 GB of free memory within your internal memory? Also, have you tried restoring your save data with another homebrew application?

Yeah, I don't know why but then I remodded the save. This time JKSV still popped that message but the save worked. I don't really understand.
Btw, other hb application such as checkpoint, edizon... Didn't work.

Alright so I (finally) finished doing all of my NAND backups, and created an emuMMC. When I click launch in Hekate I picked CFW (emuMMC) and a few splash loading screens display. After a few seconds I get an error saying:

Panic occurred while running Atmosphere.
Title ID: 010041544D530000
Error: std: :abort (0xFFE)
Report saved to /atmosphere/fatal_errors/report_086f63c4.bin
Press power to continue.

I am assuming I don't have the correct atmosphere files? I used the guide at https://switch.homebrew.guide/index.html and used the SDSetup website to get the files for my SD card.

*edit*

Currently running the archive bit fixer as it has shown to help a few other people. Also I am using FAT32. Will report back when it's done.

Initially used my computer to do it every time but got a dongle recently so just using that.
Sorry if I wasn't specific earlier. What I meant was what program do you use on your computer to send payloads?

What is the error code? That can help diagnose the issue as well.

What I posted was all that was shown. Would the error code be in report_086f63c4.bin somewhere? Do I just open that file with a text editor?

Archive bit fixer is still running so I will look into that when it's finished. I think it is going to take quite a while to complete.

No it is only viewable when the splash screen is shown. The error might be due to the archive bits so let that finish first before trying to write down the error code.

Alright so the archive bit fixer worked, I have loaded into cfw on emuMMC (checked the version number at it has the E at the end).

One issue I see immediately though is that all of my eshop games that are on the SD card (in the Nintendo folder) show up as not being installed anymore. They have the little cloud symbol next to the name meaning they need to be downloaded. Also when I go to manage software they show up as 0.0MB. Maybe the bit fixer set the wrong bit and I need to delete the Nintendo folder and copy over the one I had backed up last night? Or is there a different solution to this one?

I tried retroarch briefly with a snes game and it worked amazingly so that's great. Will try n64 later.

Haven't tried sending a file over with ns-usbloader and using tinwoo to install yet but I'll give it a try when the little one goes down for a nap this afternoon.

My last question is where do I find these sig patches everyone is referring to? Tinwoo gives an option to download them for me but I'd prefer to just download them myself and copy over in USB Mass Storage mode in hekate (assuming that's an option).
