Hacking Unpatched Switch Firmware v 11

I have an unpatched Switch. Can i Update to Firmware v11 and still hack my switch later?

You have to wait for Atmosphere to get running on the latest Firmware. It is still too early to update.

I thought that when Mario Kart Home Circuit was released there would be an update to support communication with physical Karts, but there never was. Now I just want them to pull out a custom theme to remove that pesky icon from Switch Online.

If you wanted to, you could hack it now, and setup Emunand on whatever firmware version you're currently using.

Then you could go ahead and update to 11.0. As long as you take out the game cartridge, Atmosphere still works fine with Emunand on 10.x, even with Sysnand updated to 11.

Even with firmware 11.0 support, CFW and homebrew are both still unstable so just hack it for now. Things usually never get better when you update to the latest firmware.

the available firmware i see on the internet is just v11.0.0 or am not searching enough.

There's no reason to update to firmware 11.X at the moment.
