Hi, quick and dumb question, the answer is probably yes somehow but

It is even possible to get banned if we use

Emummc + 90dsn/airplane (but bluetooth for joycons/controllers)/no wifi at all/incognito (atmosphere)
but keeping the sysnand completely clean ?

At this moment the only thing who can be detected is the stuffs inside my sd card, if I use a special two sd card, one for the sysnand and one for the emummc, at this state can I really get banned ?

Nintendo doesn't scan for contents on the SD card because not only would it violate people's privacy but it can also lead to false positives as having the files is not enough evidence of hacking.

SX Core relies on a hardware exploit so firmware is irrelevant. Atmosphere can only be used if the console is an Erista, patched or not.

The CFW options will launch CFW on either sysMMC or emuMMC depending on which you pick. You can also only launch the emuMMC option after setting it up. The stock sysMMC option is to mimic booting OFW on your sysMMC but with a few non-CFW benefits such as preserving fuses. It should also be noted that if you ever ran any CFW or homebrew on sysMMC, you can still get banned even if you use stock sysMMC to go online.

Ok. I just created a EmuMMC with this guide nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/user_guide/emummc/making_emummc/
Now everything is set up right.

1.I booted into CFW-EmmuMMC and i wanted to install an nsp with goldleaf and quark, but somehow it always stuck after 1-2 Seconds of starting the installation of an nsp.

2. And i also cant mount my sd card from hekate to windows anymore. It just dont show up now.

Any ideas?

ok could fix it by myself.

Problem 1 and 2 were connected together.
Somehow my usb port wont read my switch anymore. I just had to try another usb port and now problem 1 and 2 are fixed.

Hey guys,
a question about autoRCM.
When im holding the Home-Button and click on Shutdown, the switch wont shutdown, it will go to the rcm mode.

1. But is there a way to really turn off the switch? If yes, do i still have the option to get into rcm without a jig?

2. And should i install incognito_rcm? or is it already installed in atmosphere ?

I have 12 corrupted "Games" on the nintendo switch main menu. I cant start them and i also cant delete them. There is nothing shown in Manage Software -> Delete Software.
3. Any advise to get rid of it?

I have homebrew on my switch, but some roms just give me a blank screen, and it sits, home button works, so it is not frozen, can anyone point me in a direction to find out why these roms just sit?

Hi I'm on Atmos 14.4 and firmware v 10.2 and using fusee primary the new fifa 21 game crashes on start. is it the sigpathes? the rom or something wrong on my side. every other game runs fine by the way.

If its a clean sysnand just go online and update it officially - no bans then and its still clean

2. It is not because Incognito is not recommended. 90DNS is safer and easier to use.

There is no Switch "V2". There are the Erista consoles which can be either patched or unpatched and then there are the Mariko units which come in the red box with increased battery life.

Assuming the emuMMC never goes online and the sysMMC never runs CFW or homebrew, then there is little to no chance of a ban. It should also be worth noting that if you stay offline with sysMMC and keep emuMMC clean to go online with it, the chances of a ban are identical.

Erista units are consoles that do not come in the red boxes/increased battery life. However I would advise against getting the SX Core since core members of TX have been arrested so who knows if they will continue support.

If it is the only backup causing issues, it may be a bad dump.

Now I want to start using emuNAND. So, do I have to restore 6.0.0 backup nand, or can I go from ChoiDujourNX's 10.x?

You just use ChoiDujourNX like normal except in emuMMC.

Why does the homebrew menu loads from the album? Wouldn't make just so much sense to use the news section or the eshop since you can't those on CFW?

Not really no unless you want your emuMMC to be clean which wouldn't make sense if you want to use homebrew applications like ChoiDujourNX on it.
