Gal*Gun Returns announced for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on Steam!


PQube and developer Inti Creates are delighted to announce Gal*Gun Returns for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on Steam coming in 2021! The Nintendo Switch version will have a physical and digital release, while Xbox One and Steam be available digitally.

As the franchise turns 10 next year, what better way to celebrate than to bring to the West the game that started it all but never left Japan, in all its glorious remastered form: Gal*Gun Returns! It's time for our faithful Gal*Gunners and our new fans alike to experience the roots of Gal*Gun and its numerous undiscovered panties!

Gal*Gun is the entertaining story of a young man who becomes "super popular" with the opposite sex and is now living the "unfortunate" life of having every lady that looks his way confessing their undying love for him.
But he must steel himself and fend these would-be lovers off with his 'special weapon' (known as the Pheromone Shot), as he tries to win the affections of one of the main protagonists. Gal*Gun is the crazy combination of arcade-style shooting action and dating sim that truly has no equal.

Honestly the only versions of this series worth playing are the ps3 version with move controllers or the VR version. Otherwise it's like playing any other light gun game with a controller. Pointless and boring.

I'm not usually the pantsu type, but the second one on vita scratched the itch I had at the time for lightgun a la cheesecake. My only disappointment at this announcement is that it isn't going to be VR-enabled; I've wanted to try the VR version of double peace, as I've assumed that it is much better to play with "guns" than with a controller. Here I'd like to see the same, maybe with gyro controls on the Switch release?

Not surprised that it is skipping PlayStation. They've made it clear that they no longer want anything that causes cancer in the state of California to be on their systems.
